THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH Our Town, Inc. OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

1.	Our Purpose.
Our Town, Inc. is a classified web page that provides sellers and buyers a way to buy, sell or offer services. Our Town, Inc. is designed for advertising purposes only.
	 
2.	Membership Eligibility.
We offer our services to individuals who can legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be 18 years of age or older. The holder of the membership may not transfer or sell his or her membership. If you are registering under a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement. Our Town, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any membership if sold, transferred or membership is obtained through fraudulent acts.
	 
3.	Members.
Our Town, Inc. does not represent the buyer or the seller therefore cannot give any guarantee to the member buying or selling a product or offering a service.  When registering, the buyer and sellers are responsible for all information given, Our Town, Inc. is not responsible for any false or fraudulent information giving at registration. Our Town, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any membership if sold, transferred or membership is obtained through fraudulent acts.
 
4.	Selling and Listing.
Our Town, Inc. does not represent products or services listed by the member. Products and services are offered by the member and therefore represented by the member including all guarantees, warranties, and product description. Our Town, Inc. does not sponsor or guarantee any product or services offered by our members. Our Town, Inc. reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member who fraudulently represents a product or service.

5.	Buying and Selling.
Our Town, Inc. does not represent the buyer or the seller, therefore all products bought or sold are bought on the “Buyer Beware” system. Our Town, Inc. does not check product or services being offered. All research on products and services are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Our Town, Inc. does not take payments for products or services offered by the members, therefore Our Town, Inc. does not guarantee payments. The responsibility of payments shall be arranged between the buyer and the seller.  Our Town, Inc. reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member who fraudulently represents products or services.

6.	Arbitration.
Our Town, Inc. does not represent the buyers, sellers, products or services, therefore all litigations shall be between the buyer, seller, or the member offering services. Our Town, Inc. shall not be held accountable for any transactions made between buyers, sellers or services offered by members. Our Town, Inc. reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member who fraudulently represents a product or services.

7.	Legal Compliance.
By accepting this agreement you agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our services.<br><br>

8.	Payments for Ads.
Our Town, Inc. takes the following methods of payments for ads placed - MasterCard or VISA. The member guarantees the payment to be valid. The payee is responsible for all fees accrued in the collection of payment on returned or a stop payment on any credit card. All sales are final.  By accepting this agreement you are held legally binded to it terms.
